I choose faithfulness…Today I will keep my promises. My debtors will not regret their trust. My associates will not question my word. My wife will not question my love. And my children will never fear that their father will not come home. – Max Lucado

Faithfulness is a sticky word. It adheres firmly and steadfastly connects to a person, cause, or idea. It’s loyal, constant, and true – worthy of complete trust and absolute belief. It breathes affection and speaks allegiance. Resolute in cause and purpose, faithfulness is both determined and reliable. It never quits.
Faithfulness is one of the greatest characteristics of God.
Faithfulness is what God is looking for in you.
Faithful is what He is, when you are not.
In this fickle world faithfulness is rare, precious, and found at the center of the daily battlefield. The tempter anxiously plots to destroy it. The Holy Spirit stands ready to protect it. And grace flows to restore it when it’s lost. The Bible says that without it – it’s impossible to please God. Yes – that’s correct – impossible. So what will you do…
Will you choose faithfulness?
Will you accept the stewardship that comes with your inheritance?
Will you seize every opportunity to please Him in your thoughts, words, and actions?
Will you reflect and serve Him in all your online and offline interactions?
Will you stick, adhere, and cling to Him?
Take some time right now and think of all the times God shows His faithfulness to you. Meditate on these 29 verses. Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with faithfulness and then receive it.
