ABC's of Digital Generosity

All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they had. – Acts 4:32, NIV

By Tami Heim

Amid the volatile exchange of cyber conversation, you have the potential to establish common ground, build community, and intensify the light that comes from sharing your faith and God’s truth.

Network platforms are dynamic places. Here the digitally generous Christ follower discovers whatever flows from a pure heart is multiplied and returned in abundance. Outreach is amped and lives change.

  • Have you ever considered the measure and impact of your digital generosity?
  • Have you ever thought about how your online generosity reflects the character of Christ?
  • Are you giving to others as generously as God has given to you?
  • Are you sharing everything you have for the good of others and the advancement of the Kingdom?

Prayerfully read through the ABC’s of digital generosity. Click on the scriptures. Use them as a look in the mirror. Which behaviors or characteristics best describe you? Measure yourself against each one and then ask the Holy Spirit to help you become the generous and holy online ambassador God desires you to be.
