Yes, that’s right, as your name was written in the book of life the nod was given and the expectation set that your life and words would proclaim His redemptive plan to restore whosoever believes. Now, like no other time in history, the significance of a Christ follower’s voice and potential impact for the kingdom has never been greater.

are you ready to get in the action?

Eugene H. Peterson, in Conversations: The Message Bible with its Translator, shares this in the introduction to the book of Acts:

“The story of Jesus doesn’t end with Jesus. It continues in the lives of those who believe in him. The supernatural does not stop with Jesus. Luke makes it clear that these Christians he wrote about were no more spectators of Jesus than Jesus was a spectator of God – they are in on the action of God, God acting in them, God living in them. Which also means, of course, in us.”
